Partners for starting a new prop office

I would welcome interest from companies that would be interested in a franchise office, or interested in facilitating the necessary technology and market access for a partner.

The city is a capital of a small European country - has no competition. Start-up capital available. Might be preferrable with a London company. Markets needs to be both US equities, US futures, forex, main EU markets as well as EU futures. Potential size is probably about 20-30 people.

Any helpful pointers to potential partners would be most welcome.
