From a legal perspective it is an interesting legal case.
If Parler has four or five other choices on where to go host their site, then they should LOSE like the gay couple that sued to have their cake made when the baker said no. Court seemed to respect the business decision of the baker and couple could go somewhere else (some real defects in that reasoning in the precedent it sets but ok.).
Parler has no constitutional right to a web hosting service with a private company and if IBM or other web hosting services are avaialble then Parler's suit will lose unless conservatives get hypocritical.
It is not censorship when private entities boot someone out for violation of terms of service. All Amazon has to do is publicly out all those fucktards who wrote violent posts leading up to the rally as its proof and case dismissed.
