Parabolic Stop in Ensign

Question to those who use it..what are the better settings on ES? I have set it as "Maximum" (20) and "Acceleration" (3) and I honestly dont know what those parameters mean.
 
Parabolic Stops work best if adjusted for a specific stock.

'Advanced Get' has both an 'Optimize' & 'Fine Tune' for automatic adjustments of 'Parabolic', and I can save chart with settings, indicators and lines & text I've added.

You can manually adjust out 'Whip Saws' and save your settings in a Log of your trades.
