paper trading

There is a popular paper trading platform that used to be discussed here on ET occasionally. I've tried the search option but couldn't locate it. Its not free and I believe it can be used with a brokerage account but I am not sure about that either. Does anyone know what platform I'm referring to.

Do you mean a paper trading account with Interactive Brokers? You can trade this just like trading a normal account, through the TWS platform.

I've had two accounts with IB. Nothing but bad service. Don't want to try them again unless I really have to.
