Paper trading mode gone after the IBUK to IBIE move?

Hi,

My Account Transfer was completed yesterday.
But it seems like my paper trading (where I run my UAT before moving my algos to production) disappeared?

"You have selected the Paper trading mode, but the specified user does both have a Paper trading user associated with it).

Anyone in similar situation?

IB Support:

"Please be informed that your previous IBUK entity account was closed along with the associated paper trading account. You may request a new paper trading account which should be approved and opened with 24 hours."

"Unfortunately we cannot link with the old paper trading account as that was with IB-UK entity"
 
U also have to reregister for SYEP, saw all shares loaned out returned after the acct transfer, there might be other services one has to reregister.
Saw the paper trading option under account setting btw

"paper trading option under account settings" is out of order, it's impossible to trade in paper future and option
