From a strictly TA point of view, the price is at a previous support so the price should bounce back up a bit even if it's just a dead cat bounce. But from a fundie and sentimental point of view, you never know; it will depend on whether the market perceives if this company has any future growth potential or this is it.
If the market thinks the company's still got some stuff left and this is just a temporary setback, using the CEO's words, an "execution error", then the price will go back up but if the market believes that this company's got nothing left to offer with nothing lined up in the future then the price will continue to slide.
What you described is an investment, not a trade.
