Pair trading charting software/website

Hello,

I am getting interested in pair trading on stocks and I would like to know what pair traders are using in 2016. I would just like to be able to chart ratio and differences between 2 tickers, as well as custom formulas if possible. Setting up alerts on values would be mandatory as well.

What are the options in delayed version( for research ) and real-time( for trading )?

I have not used esignal or traded pairs since 2010, but I used esignal back then. I have a few clients that trade pairs mostly cash neutral. They use Real Tick Pro to execute the pairs and have told me they are very happy with the ease of use and speed of execution. I have never asked them if the charting on RT can chart pairs, but I know they use esignal right now. Again, they seem happy with their set up.

Just21, I will check the free version of ProRealTime. I remember this software from 10 years ago on french forums and I thought it was for hobbyists...

Robert, I checked Lightspeed software. It seems great but do stock traders use "spreaders" to leg in passively on one leg like we are used to do on futures? Is it available on one of Lightspeed's products?

With real tick, you can enter a pairs order on a spread ticket. It will bid for one equity vs the bid in another equity. Same for the offer side. That order does not go to somewhere like a futures or option spread book. It will attempt to trade the pair at your limit but you can get legged out and miss one side.

I checked with Realtick. You can chart what they refer to as synthetic symbols. The synthetic symbol is the pair you set up. You can add these synthetics to your watchlist, trade them and chart them.
