This is a video from 1980. It talks about how we are paid to fail. We have the luxury of seeing what has happened 30 years since that video was created and it seems to be absolutely true. In the U.S.A, we are now paid to fail instead of paid to succeed.

I like Sowell, clearly he is on a different level than the rest of the people there, they are'nt hearing what he has to say. On the flip side, Obama lives in gov't housing.:D

The Moynihan report warned in the sixties. It is good business to keep segments of the population underworked, undereducated and at each others throats.
