P/L calculation in IB's TWS

How the profit and loss are calculated in Interactive Broker's TWS? Is that based on trader's actual buy/sell price?? Datek has streaming value change but it is useless as it is based on previous day's closing price. I am looking something that provides the P/L values based on my actual buy/short price regardless of transaction date.

I know it's based on your entry price, but if you switch computers, then it only knows the stocks opening price and references off that. It only does profit /loss for a single day, not cumulative multiple day. It may have more advanced settings buy I haven't used them?
