If there's enough jobs for all to occupy, then we do not have an unemployment
problem and Obama is presiding over an economy that's just fine; good job,
Mr. President. But if unemployment is indeed a problem, and Obama is not doing

Most of the kids who are down there are willfully unemployed. They are the ones who dont have jobs but do not count towards the unemployment number because they have no intention of getting a job.
Even with unemployment at 10% it should not be hard for anyone who is motivated to get a job provided they are willing to take anything they can find. Part of the problem is that so many of these people think the jobs are beneath them and they would rather do nothing and collect unemployment if the alternative is to work forty hours a week at a shit job for hardly anymore pay.
