On the most part, in other domains, Robert Reich speaks facts and stats, might not be your language. I haven't watched the video on crypto but sounds like he doesn't have a popular opinion.

Yeah, he jumps on the "Ponzi Scheme" bandwagon but that is a valid criticism to most memecoin Alt's and cartoon fiver remixed NFT's.
The notion of $32 million in lobbying as a huge amount is a bit humorous though as well as a lack of comparison of Tradfi's political contributions and it's own revolving doors between regulators and private equity.
Glass-Steagull Act was sound regulation. He has a valid criticism about it's repeal that led to the '08 sub-prime mortgage crisis.
Should crypto have some type of regulation? With 3arrows and Luna as context, yeah, I would agree.

It is always amazing to me to see people speak so confidently about some thing that they haven’t spent much time studying or know much about. At times I wish I had this blind confidence as well, people believe you when you talk like this unfortunately.
