overnight trading

the XAU is the gold and silver index?

If it is the chart looks really nice as far as my setups go... so I may start playing as well. How do you play it? is there a futures contract? or just options.... are they liquid?

i agree, going home flat doesn't mean you have to play pop goes the weasel for five cents all day

to survive you need a lower minimum profit threshold when markets are tough

i.e. a trader who can live off a 3% monthly return is in much better shape than one who needs double digits to pay the bills
