Im trying to understand all of this. Yesterday people were saying Biden has dementia and today they are saying he is too sharp so he must be on drugs. Aside from an 80 year old guy taking amphetamines being ludicrous, are we posturing that amphetamines is an effective cure/treatment for dementia? If so, that would be ground breaking medical science.

It's amusing to see the switch in narrative with the right-wing media. Hannity has long criticized Biden for being tired -- always pushing the Sleepy Joe talking points; now, Joe's too energetic. LOL.

Biden is clearly cognitively impaired but has not developed full dementia yet. This is why he did not take a cognitive test in his medical exam. If he could pass he would definitely of taken it and showed the world.

He can obviously still read a tele-promter. The SOTU speech was completely scripted and rehearsed for 3 days.

When he went off script he immediately made two large gaffes, 1) getting Rileys name wrong 2) Calling them Illegals.., (at least that is a Gaffe for democrats for everyone else it is the correct term).

Anyone with even Mild Cognitive impairment should not be running for a second term and should probably have handed over the reigns to the VP if they cant pass the medical exam.

I just saw the first 5 minutes of the speech. He stood in front of a teleprompter...Which he has done for 30 years. It looked like he wanted to say the Secretary of Transportation name...Pete Buttigieg, but he thought better of it!!

It's funny...You will see him answering questions on TV/Media. But they are scripted questions (softball lobs). They then edit a 5 second sound bite.

When was the last time you saw a press conference from him?? He can't do it...

He gets propped up like a rag doll...Then put back to bed.

He has mild dementia that is progressing. However, the real problem is that he is now, and always has been, a total idiot.
 
Joe experienced sort of a Lazarus phenomenon. The bar was really low and he stepped over it with some confidence. What they got him on before he goes out in public is working for now. Might be as simple as a vitamin B shot. Unfortunately all this will do is provide a greater contrast as his decline continues. Don't be surprised if in a few weeks people will be saying, he looked so together at the SOTU and now looks completely lost. November is a long ways away. Another 4 years will be measured in light years. He never makes it. Of course, everyone, especially the democrats know that.
