The Supreme Court decides what is constitutional or not and they do not always agree, even among party lines there are disagreements with the judges. It is insanity to suggest or encourage a civil war because some extremists on the right want to dictate what the laws should be and how the constitution should be interpreted.

I certainly have. I don't get to TX very often though. I sat a FL bar just a little while ago while carrying, which is illegal in this state.

Several states recently relaxed their carrying at bars laws. Guess what, the wild west style saloon shootouts predicted by the anti gun lobby never materialized.
They're trying to regulate a problem that doesn't even exist.
