What Odumbo had in mind when he said he was going to "fundamentally transform the country".
I was skeptical of his having much success. Considering the doo-doo we find ourselves in now, I have to admit he was very successful.... sadly.

If you don't see the shutdown of businesses and churches for more than a few days to asses the hospital capacity by executive order... without the legislature voting on it as an attack on the Constitutional rights as Americans and and infringement process of checks and balanced enshrined in our Constitution then you are not observing what Supreme Courts found.

You highlighting what happened in one state which the supreme court of that state, NOT THE U.S. SUPREME COURT, overturned only because of PROCEDURE not because it was wrong to do. You need to read the case closer.
So.......the U.S. Constitution was not under attack then if it was a State issue...
