I tihnk Trump should shut it down tomorrow so government workers get no paycheck during Xmas. Then he can proudly say it was him that did it!
 
So what I saw is Trump trying to pass Bush's fence as his own and being happy with a measly 5 billion for his wall (the dems offered full funding last year (25 billion i think)).

I for one am glad they called him out on his BS (They may have even planned a sort of ambush for the cameras). Trump unfortunately did hold his own and didn't have an episode of dementia he's so famous for. In all, I think the dems still came on top since they made it clear the shut down is on him and Trump came across as authoritarian (my way or the highway), which doesn't matter to his base (they'll claim strength instead of tantrum), so only a bad look for everyone who's center & left of center.

That was the best part imo,Trump made it clear a shut down was on him,he said it.Nancy and Chuck might have set a trap for him to do just that and he fell for it.
