I refuse to go see a movie because I don't want to give any money to Hollywood. Besides, they are all dogshit movies anyway.

I can't even remember the last movie I saw at the theater.
I've felt for years the ticket prices were absurd. I just wait until they come out on DVD then watch them for pennies on the dollar.

Hell, I wait until there on free to air television. I figure I'm not missing much, given so many movies suck anyway.

Add Lady Gaga & U2. If you must buy their DVDs, buy them used at Amazon, so they don't get their royalties.

I think most movie tickets are sold to guys on dates or lonely women who wish they were on dates. Why would anyone with a life want to waste the time to sit through some movie that likely sucks anyway? And like Lucrum said, it will be out on DVD or cable within a short period of time anyway.

Plus, where I live, a certain segment thinks it's ok to talk loudly all during the movie and will likely shoot or stab you if you object.

There has not been a great movie in 10 years. Plus, you never know when are going to have one of their characters preaching socialist crap... or when the director will put a cross around the rapist or murders neck.
