Yes, perhaps you and surf should tell him how it's done.For such a super rich guy like PTJ there is no reason to have even a single losing trade!
I think that guy must have done some things basically wrong.
This is a great time to pass along something i have learned.
Everyone always references PTJ and the other legends when talking trading. This is cool and makes sense to a degree. But one must keep in mind that the guys who last in this biz are always morphing and changing ideas over time. Not to mention that AUM and investor pressure can force changes in strategy and tactics for even the most steadfast manager--
What PTJ said 20 or even 2 years ago may not be what they are doing currently. This goes across the board for everyone.
Hedgies are opportunists so do not take every utterance as permanent trading gospel.
