<i>"2+2 maintains a very respectable intellectual level...
Primarily because the mods do not allows "play money" players to take over... and idiots are put in their place without delay."</i>

Does that mean <b>2+2</b> newbies are free to ask honest questions while veteran traders there can offer plain answers without being harrased by pretenders, or the entire thread being instantly high-jacked?

What a concept!!!

I was looking for maybe a little more programming stuff . . specifically C++ . . .

If you want a C++ forum maybe it's better if you don't look for something related to trading. If you have your trading knowledge and you know what you want from your code it doesn't matter where your C++ knowledge comes from.
Otherwise you can look at wilmott.com. It's mostly for quants, but there is also a software forum with some C++ threads.
I like trade2win too, but not much C++ there.

To get to the point . .

I'm looking for ET's competition. . . I was looking on TradingBlox, but it doesn't seem to be to active. I did a google search but didn't come up with anything. Same with the search function here. . . I guess I don't know what to search for.

Any help with the addresses to those other boards will be greatly appreciated.

This is the most active board on futures and options tading, as far as I can tell. You might also try
