Other "manual" execution markets besides NYSE?

I'm compiling a list of exchanges to be aware of, as I try many different markets to see what's hot. What are the other "manual", (i.e. mostly non-electronic fills) markets, besides the NYSE, that a trader should be wary of? Any tradeable instrument is OK (not just stocks and bonds, but those are OK too).

Any thoughts on the worst market centers?

Thanks

Any foreign markets to watch out for? Calling all Aussies?
