You traders think that OTC stands for over the counter stocks . Everything in life depends where you are standing at. For a doctor OTC is short for Ornithine Transcarbamylase, a rare disease.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

I was telling a surgeon the other day about IBD newspaper. Piqued his interest.
I heard him repeat it to himself...IBD...inflammatory Bowel Disease.!!!
