Scottrade has worked well for me. They keep their 7$ flat fee even on ocb. I noticed IB charges a huge fee for ocb.
Scottrade isnt the greatest broker though. Esp. avoid if you are a day trader or make any moves where you have to get it done right away and 2-3 pennies could make or break a deal.
