I need buy all stocks from any cheap company listed on otc markets (pink sheets)

The problem is most companies have issued more than 500.000.000 shares

Is expensive to get a new company quoted on otc markets/pink sheets ?

Search for "shell companies" and/or "shelf companies" They are similar.
You will need to make inquiries and most important, ask for leads... Shells already listed are not found everywhere.

is caveat emptor, most brokers dont allow trade these stocks

other problem is the big spread
