Yes OSTK is a gigantic POS..Yes illegal shorts are destructive to the capital markets.

If PB directed 50% of the attention he is giving the shorts to his business model they would have reason to cover

Boob O'Brien needs to get his facts straight. First, Martha Stewart was found guilty of providing false testimony, not insider trading. Secondly, being served with an SEC subpoena is NOT equivalent to being investigated by the SEC.

I would like to see a document from the SEC saying TSCM is the focus of an investigation. Then, and only then, would I give a damn about the timing of JJC's stock sales. The guy still owns nearly 2MM shares. What a Boob you are Bob.

Oh and Boob, what about all those shares PB and his "pop" bought before the OSTK lawsuit was made public?
 
I fully expect them to offer to settle. In my experience watching these, Discovery is death.

Now, all you Einsteins out there. What do you expect OSTK to do?

Settlement ain't gonna happen. Also, just remember, discovery is a two-way street. PB and OSTK are going to be opened up like cheap cans of tuna. All the artful dodging PB has done in the past isn't going to work this time. Don't expect this case to go anywhere for years.
 
Unless OSTK doesnt ship anything or have any goods, everyone already thinks of them as a crappy company and their share price reflects that. So, OSTK discovery, unless theres some huge shocker, wont amount to much.

Now, the other fellows, who are kinda secretive, will have a much tougher time explaining what they do and how they do it. That a judge is letting this proceed, is significant.

I think you are missing my point. Truth is a valid defense to the libel actions brought by OSTK. Rocker, et al, is going to have complete access to all of OSTK's relevant business records and financials, as well as its personnel. There will be no stone left unturned.
