That was sort of funny. I do have an IB account, but I am not involved in BVF or OSTK. To be honest, I could not sleep at night holding a long position in either of these names.

Your constant posting on this topic just makes you appear to be a biased fanatic. As said before, I would be willing to admit a naked short conspiracy if the evidence was all there. I haven't seen anything posted or presented that proves anything. I would definitely give you props if people start going to jail over this topic. But at this point it is all conjecture on your part.

There's something clearly amiss here. The question is what is the extent of the nefarious practices.

I know many are averse to accepting "conspiracy theories"..but the OSTK, Biovail, naked shorting drama seems to be a conspiracy theory with some juice.

In sum, don't dismiss this as the rantings of lunatics or "biased fanatics".

Carefully and patiently watch, ponder and then act!

Excellent post. Do some due dilly,and make some jing. If you remember months ago, I started to say when this happened, it would be a huge trading event. I 've seen it before. The other funds will prey on the easy kill. They asked for it.

Briefing Trader is picking it up OSTK after 12 points, but that 's what makes stocks run. This is it. No one rings a bell. If you ever wondered what an edge is, this is it. Have fun, make money. A lot of folks aren't around to enjoy it.

Look at FORD today. Missed it, sorry to say.

Lemme ask you this? If last night's premise proves to be true, and Briefing is saying what I believe, "we find it hard to believe they'd offer false testimoney", aren't you pissed that these huge names made it by cheating/stealing/lying/destroying? When you havet o scratch out a living in tough times on your own merit?

The problem is that flytiger posts on this topic seemingly non-stop. How can you not at least label him as obsessive, bordering on lunatic?

I wish I could carefully and patiently watch what unfolds in this story, but flytiger doesn't let that happen. He constantly barrages me with anything he can find on the topic. I wish I could just let it go, but his better than thou attitude tempts me into providing at least some sort of balancing view on this thread.

go to the joke thread. It's a big topic with thousands of companies and it has come to a head.

don't think for a minute that because a stock is not on the SHO list it hasn't been naked shorted. That list started a year ago January. Anything before that doesn't show up , including the most naked shorted.

So, if you don't like it, go elsewhere. No problem.
