The logic of the metaphor fits better when one has ‘two’ apples and the counterparty has ‘two’ of something one wants.

In the exchange, both parties have a greater more diverse whole.

So far you’ve done a stellar job of ‘not’ building on any of the principals of the methodology and generously denigrating others while being self-aggrandizing.

They are many here that would engage with you intellectually but your behavior as described keeps them at bay.

This troll thread is more revealing of your own prejudice and bias than revealing anything about those whom read the next broadly cast criticism posted by you or of you quoting yourself.
