I too attended both of his sessions at DTUSA (May/Nov. 2002) and I signed up with him at the 2nd session. His classes have been invaluable and the market has indeed performed other than expected!

However, we were well on our way to 'recovering' these losses the past few weeks until this 'action' was initiated. Not sure these folks have legal authority over Oscar's trading 'group', but, they are certainly capable of changing the landscape!

Oscar's psychology analysis and chart reading is eerily accurate, I'd still attend his classes and hope they're not cancelled!
