Order popup window in Lightspeed Trader

I'm looking at the manual (https://download.lightspeed.com/LS_Manual.pdf) for Lightspeed Trader, and see that there's an "Order Popup" window:

How do I bring up this window? I can't see it in the New drop-down menu

Not sure why you want to do this on ET. Your salesperson would help you. When you create your Hotkey or hot button, hit the pop-up button.

I didn't want to annoy him too much but will keep that in mind for next time. Thanks!
