Order flow trading books?

You should ask of those using Order Flow trading software (e.g. bookmap, jigsaw, ninjatrader, rancho dinero) that allows you to micro-manage your trading.

That's about it. It's old and you probably won't find a lot of this stuff in todays markets but this guy was responsible for coaching noobs in his prop shop, so he's not a snake oil sales guy. For 10$ it's a good read.
