On TS 8.3 bld 1419 there is an issue that will cause the order bar to go blank and not allow auto or manual trades. Leaving the only option, a poor one to "try" and call the trade desk.
 
Do yourself a HUGE favor, and delete TS 8.3 and install 8.1 from the Download page.

8.3 is in perpetual Beta Test!
 
Because of the direction of my trading...

I am closing my accounts at TS (funds are in route) and I am moving down the road. I have been with this junk since System Writer. It was the best junk around, but not anymore.

In today's world there are more platforms than types of apples.
