Hi, I'm going to Optiver's final round interview within 2 weeks. I heard there are some common questions:
1. what makes a good trader?
2. what's u response when an profitable oppotunity arise? (I was asked once, and I answered: check the risk limit, if risk is acceptable than go for it, not sure if that's the right answer)
3. what motivate u to become a trader? (can i say i'm here for money?)
Can anyone recommend some response for those questions? I mean, are they looking for ppl who's really aggressive & greedy, or do they want a trader who maintain a risk limit? Not really sure...
and what kind of technique question they gonna ask? i was asked a few option questions in last round.
Thanks a lot. hvn't done any trading before...but really want to get into this company.
