OptionVue5 Price chart is not displaying correct volatility

I have OptionVue5 Pro version 1.84.
I have quotes display on ES M7

I click on price chart.

When I display volatility.

It seems that volatility lines only go back to February 07.

1) How can I fix it,so that when I display the price chart, the volatility goes back to 2006?

I recently re-subscribed to Optionvue5 background database.

2) I am thinking that I need to reload a "fresh BDB for the last 6 years". Can I do this? I would like to delete the current BDB and refresh it from the CD.

3) Can you tell me an active forum location to answer technical questions on OptionVue5. The OptionVue5 website forum does not look very active?

If you have a tech problem with a software, don't you think the first point of contact should be the software provider and not a discussion forum!?

Just a suggestion.
 
In the past, OptionVue5 has charged for all tech support. So that I try to explore "free" avenues to get my tech support questions answered. I contact the Vendor as a last resort, because of their fees for tech support.

PS. I think I noticed that OptionVue5 is a sponsor of this forum, so I was hoping someone knowledgable with the product will answer.
