The course was very thorough but covered mostly the basics. What it did provide that many other courses do not was coverage of synthetic positions and a lot on gamma scalping.
Not many specific set-ups or methodologies, but rather the knowledge to go and tinker on your own. I also believe the course was designed to be an lead-in to some of the other web based courses they provide.
If your brand new to options then this is a good intro, if you already know alot of the basics (how options work, basic spreads, etc) you will probably not get as much value out of the course.

In response to your remarks about OU, don't let delivery issues prevent you from this opportunity to really learn how to trade options. I am a current student. I took classes from Optionetics and others. Ron Ianieri is by far the best instructor I have encountered. His knowledge and delivery are unmatchable. This is complicated material presented in a clear concise manner. Ron often interjects personal experience which makes the learning experience more tangible. I now have a clear understanding of options and am profitable, thanks to the education I received from Ron Ianieri @ OU. I truly believe he cares about his students. He is the only instructor who is honest in telling the students they won't learn this overnight when most people don't want to hear that. I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in learning all the nuances associated with trading options.
Had to put my 2 cents in. The course will cost much more than that, but there's value there in what you'll save from making rookie errors.
