  • One of those rare days when everything works (even the ones I considered taking but hesitated on). Literally none of my ideas failed (or would have failed). I guess the one thing I am happy about is being defensive about the AMD (not stubbornly holding through that big selling pressure from the Qs).

  • This was what's often called "lotto" sized, so nothing to write home about, except there's always some novelty of hitting 100%+ for me.
 
I might just start posting losses only here. A lot of small winners today (PFE, AMD, a few others), many of which I cut way too early (in hindsight). So here we go with this new idea. Losers only.

I like sizing down on Fridays and going for these "lotto" plays.

That said, no noteworthy day trade losses to report. I will say that I cut some FB calls really early (at a ~20% profit), which was good practice/muscle memory.
 
No net losses on day trades today, though I did mis-manage 2 different longs (PINS did not cut remainder at breakeven; BIDU exited at an arbitrary point).
