Well, I am aware of what they are at a high level, but my understanding is not nearly as rigorous as some on this board.

I just have never used them. Have been selling options since 2007...I don't use the greeks, but I do react and adjust positions as needed. So, maybe I am 'acting' in a way that takes the greeks into account without explicitly using the greeks...or maybe my party will end at some point. I suppose only time will tell.
