Could you recommend a broker that offers options on futures for both CME and EUREX?

What is wrong with IB? You will have to pay for software with a futures broker.

Shitty software, automatic liquidation for no reason, 100s of documents to sign and sign again, waiting 72 hrs for trading permission to trade certain market etc.

- CME Futures and Options on Futures are easy unless you are a heavy option seller.
- EUREX Futures are easy, but US based FCMs are not allowed to offer Options on EUREX Futures.
You need to be based outside the US and choose a foreign futures broker.

That is interesting. Why can US brokers offer futures on EUREX and not options?

Securities side products on Eurex are available to U S institutions. CFTC side products are available to everyone. Don't confuse a broker making them available as meaning they are available to US retail.
