I anyways thought you needed to understand the strategies and how it applies to different market scenarios to be good at trading options.

I will definitely get back into options at some stage. I think they can be a lot of fun.

I also think that if we know the right strategies for trading it will be more profitable. It is important to understand trading strategies but one should also go beyond just learning the strategies.
