Options markets open 5pm-9am?

Are there any US markets that trade options during the night. (ie. non 9am-5pm working hrs)

From looking on the CME website it says that FX options trade from 6pm-7am but when i load the data on IB i only see last close prices for the options. (yet the futures trade)

Any tips...or do i have to subscribe to overseas markets?

When i log into IB and select ES from Globex i see the future trading...but all the options in the chain have a last price (the close of whatever) but no bid-ask.

Do they simply not trade with a bid-ask after hours but simply on a last trade basis?
