Hi is anyone else having issues with optionshouse's platform?

I cant get out of my positions online and no one is responding when i call it comes engaged!! WTF is going on?? any clue guys?
 
I am already logged on, when I tried to get out of the posi, its not letting me. it said "Unable to place this trade at this time due to system issue."
 
After logging in, there's a message from Optionhouse that says "System issues. All open orders have been canceled. We have identified the issue and will be back up shortly."
 
I called the # and its busy. i must have tried at least 20 times.

I am chat with the agent and the ONLY THING she has said up till now in last 30 mins is

Rachael: I will be right with you.

This is really getting me pissed.

Rachael: We are currently experiencing execution issues.
Rachael: we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Rachael: I apologize for the inconvenience but I do not have any additional information at this time
Rachael: You will be alerted when the issue is resolved.
Rachael: We will have more information at that time

The system has been down all morning. You can login, but you can't trade. The Mobile platform doesn't allow trades either.

I've called at least 50 times, and I get is one ring then busy tones.
