The dividend amount is taken out of the stock price on the opening today. So pre-market it is down less then the dividend, so it is actually up.

Typical. You cannot admit your error..

ps there are some quote vendors who will not make the adjustment for ex-dividend until market opening and will show an incorrect percentage drop currently.
