Does anyone know of an options brokerage that is based on Bermuda or some other "removed" (from the UK/US perspective) location? The features that are important to me are:
(a) access to the US markets (index options)
(b) low enough comissions/fees (max $30 bucks per transaction)
(c) easy internet management (web based, secure)
(d) low enough initial amount requirement (say, 50-60k)
(e) no chance of default in the next 5-6 years (that would suck)
