Euan Sinclair - Positional Option Trading
Euan Sinclair - Option Trading: Pricing and Volatility Strategies and Techniques
Dan Pasarelli - The Market Taker's Edge
Anthony Saliba - Option Trading Strategies for Directionless Markets
Allen Baird - Option Market Making

I'd say these 8 books will pretty much give you a pretty solid understanding of trading options, their risks, how structure works for various spreads, the concept of trading volatility, and a good understanding of what the market makers or those taking the other side of your trades are doing. If you want to trade expiration day stuff the Augen book is pretty solid.

Natenburg is probably the first author to put it all together. I'd say Sinclair is probably my favorite I think he has a gift for explanation and a certain amount of wit and humor in his writing. Saliba and Pasarelli are former floor traders as well as Baird a former market maker.

Just finished Positional Options Trading and agree completely with your comments on Sinclair. Easy to read, good blend of down to earth simplicity with nitty gritty complicated subjects/formulas, great sense of humor etc...

not sure what to go with next but leaning towards The Bible of Options Strategies by Cohen or Option Pricing and Volatility by Natenberg.

Will be referencing your list for a while to come, thanks agin.

Here’s some moaaaaarrrrrr.. make sure you read all of Artemis Capital’s publishing’s (Chris Cole)..IMO one of the leading financial alchemists of our time. I enjoy his writings on optionality more than Taleb.

The whole team at Artemis do an incredible job with these volatility papers. His most recent paper “The Hawk and the Serpent” goes even deeper into esoteric optionality. Cole is a financial alchemist. The ouroboros imagery of the financial cycle is ingenious. I advise every market enthusiast to download his papers.

I couldn’t stand it man I’ve always had a thing for alchemical symbolism especially dragon eating its own tail / ouroboros so when I saw that cover I fell in love lol. Set it as my tablet Lock Screen as well haha.
