Options.,... Argh... no more!!

I have read recently that options are almost taking over trading volume, especially for retail traders..that is us. After trying VERY hard I am throwing in the towel. Sure, I can have a big winner, but it is offset by those that expire worthless. Basically, we have very little chance to make it in a zero sum game against the pro's and market makers.
Read Managing Expectations by Tony Saliba it’s an easy read and the best I have found. I too wanted to jump off a bridge. I no longer feel that way. Options are much more illiquid than stock and make it opportune to be a smart trader.

hahah. handle123 walks into the room and you both start whispering.

What's that about? I am by far an uncommon approach to trading options as I use very little of the Greeks. I can use skills well enough of finding direction for 1-3 days

There are so many ways to build strategies with options. Do not get discouraged. You will eventually find your way :-)
