I believe that rate is monthly. I like the Option Excel Calculator for Excel for just $38 one time fee. It does the majority of tasks that other software 3x its price does. SamoaSky looks very good. I'll have to ask the developers to add Futures support.

Still, once you go with ToS, you really can't go back--and the best part--you do not have to pay extra, or monthly fees, or what not--it is free if you have an account.
