Platinum changed in 2005. They now update prices several times during the trading day (at least 3 times I believe).
So, its not realtime but it is better than just EOD.

This kind of thing is still amazing to me. There are no secrets that they have that are worth $5K. NONE! If there were, they sure as hell wouldn't tell YOU.Quote from guy990opl:
Hello,

If it were for me I would never pay $ 5000 to learn how to set up a software. I tried to hook up with some more advanced student to exchange info because I do have something to give back but nothing happened.
I was really hoping to find someone in the L.A area to exchange some info I need someone who can give me a starting point with Platinum in exchange I will show how I pic stocks in a bullish market as I subscrive to a very expensive yet excellent software from Investor's Business Daily
Anyone who lives in L.A. and wants to trade some info about options for some info about stocks feel free to instant message me my yahoo screen name is guy990opl
If after my last attempt I have no luck, well I am ready to shell out another $ 5000
thank you for your attention

Wait a minute here. What the hell are you spending 5k for?
....
those books 2 or 3 times. Then get yourself a simple excel based app until you can afford to move up to an Optionvue or something similar. BTW, I own and use Optionvue. I am just shocked at how freely people are willing to seperate themselves with 5k. People think!!!!!!!!

Speaking of excel sheets for options, are there any sites where you can get delayed intraday/eod quotes for free/cheap? Possibly in csv format...
