option trading software

whats your favorite software for trading options, and what brokers does it work with?
not analytical software but software that sends and manages orders at my broker, like spreads
just want to hear about option trading frontends from other traders.

IB has good rates, and there are people here that are happy with them, but my experience with their customer service level was not exemplary.

I like www.thinkorswim.com and they have a 96% approval rating on this site, so it seems others like them too. You can download and test their software for free.
