Option and Stock Radars, which are the best?

Do you have access to Option Monster's "Heat Seeker"? I am looking to locate a good platform to find stocks and options with huge volume, Options that are exploding with high O.I. or I.V. instantly, which Stock and Option scanners do you use and how much do they cost?
 
ThinkOrSwim has an option scanner, they call it OptionHacker where you can search by volume and the greeks. I've used it but it only gives the underlyings matching the criteria, to get to the actual options I have to dig into the options chain -- maybe they have a better way, but I haven't figured it out yet. Opening an account gives you access to the ToS tools.
