I run a business and I trade. When I work from home my life is a lot healthier than when I go to the office.

How old are you? I can’t workout more than 5x week without getting brain fogged. When I was 26 I could do two a days.

I thought you were 43-45 years old because you are still happy and lack the bitterness a lot us older guys have.


Anyway’s Max killed my desire yesterday to gorge at all you can eat Sri Lanka and Indian in LA. I was looking forward to it Ensure make’s a curry flavor, it was interesting.

I miss proper Sri Lankan food. In NYC there were only two restaurants and one closed down .

one was on like 31st and 7th and 8th.
that was near a pied a tierre we had. That closed down.

There was another near 1st and 1st. I always wanted to go to it but never did.

My favorite dish is called a lamprais. It’s a Dutch influenced dish: minced lamb, boiled egg, and other stuff cooked in a giant leaf.
