Opening Orders - 2008

LOL, in front of full training class....entered only 12 stock, only 1000 shares, filled on 7, profitable on 6 +$700 approx. All manual exits, all done by 9:34. Glad it all worked, but geez, "shoulda" kept my 2,000-3,000 share size, LOL.

Make sure you tell all of the newbies:

When it's a winner, "you should have had more"....when it's a loser, "you should have had less".

Trading is all about making money while making the "wrong" decision. If you're a perfectionist, then you may need to reconsider. lol
 
New to the strategy but have followed this journal for a couple of months. Only using 100 shares and only on 1 side of market as I am doing this retail (no box orders allowed) to test viability of strategy with my trading skills.

20 stocks, 2 fills, 2 small long winners (T and BAC) net $7.00.

Don, when is the next 3 day course?

7 fills / 8500 shares

5 long / 2 short / -1424.00

one loser...LEH...-1824.00

went to cancel and tltc ...2 seconds too slow....

oh well....
 
Last day of 3 day class today. 2 fills, one long one short. HAL, got out too soon and T (which was an error, I dont' have it on my standard spreadsheet)....anyway basically flat, no harm no foul.

Back to "normal" tomorrow...actually going to try a different version from a different source. Some nice new features hopefully. I'll let you know.
