Not everyone excludes one side or the other, Ijust like to keep the new people with as high a win/loss percentage as possible.
Near flat opening use .5 on each side. Today, with approx 5 point Spu up open, I used .3 on sell, and .9 on buy to assure my buy would be below yesterday's closing price.
